Mahagatbandhan call to uproot the BJP from the Centre
Purnia, 25 February 2023 (AJC). A call was given to oust the BJP from power at the Center in the Lok Sabha elections to be held next year in the Grand Alliance rally organized today in Purnia, Bihar.
This call was given by the Chief Minister of the state, Nitish Kumar, while addressing the gathering at Rangbhoomi ground here. RJD supremo Lalu Yadav also made this call in his virtual address.
Mr. Kumar said that the seven parties together decided that we will hold the first meeting in Purnia. When we formed the Grand Alliance, the two leaders of Delhi are the Prime Minister and the other is the Home Minister, who do not do any work. They are only occupied.
Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav said that there is unity in diversity. We are different, but we are one. But Lalu Yadav was not scared. Fought fearlessly. I want to say about the country that these BJP people are not leaders, they have all become dealers.
He alleged that those who speak against the BJP are raided, the one who is with them is Harishchandra. Nitish Kumar took a decision at the right time and returned.
RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav said that he was happy and empowered to know that lakhs of people had gathered at Purnia’s Rangbhoomi Maidan. This proves that it is ready to form a solid alliance for the Lok Sabha elections to be held in the future.
State President of Bihar Congress Akhilesh Prasad Singh said that he has come to Purnia because he already knows this land. He said that he has seen the struggle of Ajit Saheb. I want to make it clear that the decision taken by Nitish Kumar to break away from BJP and to form a secular government here had broken the back of BJP in Bihar.
Leaders of several other parties including Mr. Kumar, Mr. Yadav JDU National President Lalan Singh and State Congress President Akhilesh Prasad Singh were also present on the stage.
